Neal Starling
Director of Development
Neal Starling is a franchise owner who operates a group of fast casual restaurants including brands such as Five Guys and Bruxie. He currently is co-owner of an electrical and lighting company, NCA Lighting Solutions, servicing commercial properties throughout the United States.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Neal has held senior management roles in several well-known private equity companies developing new technologies such as fuel cells and LED lighting. Neal also held senior executive roles in TE Connectivity, Emerson Electric, Edison International and Entergy Corporation.
Neal earned an Executive MBA degree from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an undergraduate BSBA Marketing degree from Troy University, Troy Alabama.
